THE DOCCFS ARE SEEKING APPLICATIONS TO THE POST OF

HR ADMINISTRATOR (FULL TIME)

IN OUR MANAGEMENT OFFICE, SANTRY

The Daughters of Charity Child and Family Service (DoCCFS) is a
not-for-profit public service organisation. We provide a range of
therapeutic supportive services to children and families, based in the
greater Dublin region. The Service works in collaboration with TUSLA
Child and Family Agency local areas in Dublin North and North City,
East and Dublin Mid Leinster.

Our Services include an Early Childhood Development Service (ECDS),
Family Centre Service, Dublin Safer Families Service and Assessment
Services.

The HR Administrator provides general administrative support to the
Senior HR Manager, the Senior Management Team, and to the wider
Management Office team.

The successful candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of the
Microsoft office suite (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint). A CIPD
HR qualification would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will also have experience in a similar role,
and achievements that demonstrates competence in the areas of Team
Working, Planning & Organisation Skills, Time Management Skills,
Communication Skills (including use of social media) along with
experience in general office administration duties.

The role requires a high degree of initiative and confidentiality.
